SHIPPING POLICY

At Yoni Treats LLC, we work with care and intention to prepare each order for shipment as quickly as possible.

Please allow up to 48 business hours for order processing and shipment unless otherwise communicated. During high-volume sales, launches, holidays, or special events, processing times may be slightly extended.

Once your order has been shipped, a shipping confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. All shipped orders include a tracking number for your convenience.

If you receive a shipping confirmation but do not receive your tracking number, please contact us and we will gladly provide it to you.

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Once an order has been placed and processing has begun, we may be unable to modify shipping information.

Yoni Treats LLC is not responsible for packages delayed, lost, or marked as delivered by the shipping carrier. Customers are responsible for monitoring tracking updates once orders have been shipped.
